Entrepreneurs are the dreamers and doers willing to take risks and invest resources to make their ideas into realities. Not only do they embody the American dream, entrepreneurs drive innovation and create jobs. In fact, data analysis from the Kauffman Foundation finds that young businesses (from start-up through year 5) account for 20% of gross job creation and nearly all net new jobs nationwide.
