Beaufort Commerce Park

The Beaufort Commerce Park features approximately 175 acres of developable land zoned for light industrial usage, and is Beaufort's premier location for industry.  The park includes all major utilities already in place. 

In Spring 2012, the Beaufort Commerce Park was purchased by and annexed into the City of Beaufort.  Along with the purchase and annexation, the City developed a new zoning designation for the property to help streamline the local permitting process.  

The Beaufort Commerce Park is included in a Multi-County Industrial Park agreement which allows a business locating in the Park increased benefits under the South Carolina Job Tax Credit and potentially increase the benefits of infrastructure credits.
